The Client uses services provided by LA Click GmbH based in Zurich, Switzerland (“LA Click”). LA Click will provide the Client with a mobile application (“mobile app”) which will serve the Client for the purpose of generating leads. The mobile app enables the Client to scan visitors’ badges via the Client’s mobile phone(s). In the course of scanning the visitors’ badges, the information from the badges (including via QR code) is extracted and saved on the Client’s mobile phone(s) and forwarded to the Client’s provided endpoint.
As part of the services provided by LA Click and the use of LA Click’s mobile app, certain personal data related to the relevant visitors (including but not limited to first and last name, company name, job title, and email address) are collected and processed by LA Click. The processing of personal data by LA Click usually only takes place on a temporary basis. LA Click uses employees based in Switzerland and Germany who may, in the course of their work, have access to personal data processed by LA Click. To ensure data security commensurate with the risk, by agreeing to this Data Privacy Agreement, the Client, as required by the applicable privacy law, enters into an appropriate data processing agreement with LA Click which includes adequate technical and organizational measures.
