He reliably guards the door, greets visitors with maximum friendliness, and makes sure that no one in the office forgets to smile.
He attends all meetings (mostly lying down), listens attentively, and brings calm to the team – especially at lunchtime. He doesn’t speak in meetings, doesn’t set calendar invitations, and doesn’t write emails – but he reminds us to take a breather now and then.
Marley has already gained some important insights during his career so far:
